I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a proper sized bath and everything I needed. The location was great, with a Family Mart on-site and excellent restaurants nearby. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.
For breakfast, the only improvement I would suggest is to have more options for vegetarians.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located close to my business meetings. I enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks in the lobby. Additionally, the gym was well-equipped and clean.
Sadly, the internet cost extra, which was inconvenient for my work. The room was too small and outdated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The western suite was spacious and beautifully divided between the bedroom and lounge area. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi with its stunning 180-degree view - my 10-year-old loved it! This hotel truly feels like a luxury convention hotel, offering a variety of F&B options and recreational spaces. It's perfect for families with children. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were impeccably clean and impressive. Although they were closed on Mondays, I was able to enjoy them the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located near Momochi seaside and within walking distance to the subway station, making it easy to explore both the Tenjin and Hakata areas for restaurants. The view from the higher floors is simply breathtaking, and being next to the beach adds an extra touch of charm. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we had to change our stay dates due to a typhoon. They not only found new rooms for our family but also upgraded us to the Executive Lounge, which we thoroughly enjoyed on a day when the weather didn't allow us to visit Fukuoka. Their excellent customer service and hospitality left a lasting impression.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Our stay at this hotel was simply luxurious! the exclusive amenities provided were top-notch, especially the relaxing spa & wellness center and the invigorating indoor swimming pool. the restaurant was excellent, with a wide array of delicious food available for in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a drink after a long day of sightseeing.
The only minor downside was that this hotel is located a bit far from the city center, making it a bit inconvenient for those wanting to explore the area. However, taxis are readily available and the hotel offers shuttle service to nearby attractions.
